Born and raised in Armstrong County, Mandy began her appraisal career serving as a trainee in her father’s real estate appraisal business. She became an FHA approved certified appraiser in 2013. Mandy specializes in rural housing and manufactured homes but can perform any type of real estate appraisal.
In her spare time, Mandy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Mandy also relishes outdoor life and spends a great amount of time hiking and gardening. Mandy has her own personal zoo at home, having two dogs, four cats, two ferrets and a bearded dragon.
