Cheryl Ivol
Since 1998, Cheryl Ivol has been with Ed Cline Appraisals as a Certified Residential Appraiser in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
An active FHA roster appraiser, Cheryl covers Allegheny and a portion of Washington County in Western Pennsylvania.
Cheryl brings over twenty-five years of experience in the Appraisal and Real Estate Industry and holds a Real Estate Salespersons License.
Cheryl is a graduate of Upper St. Clair High School and the Pennsylvania State University. She is a longtime resident of the South Hills area, currently residing in Peters Township.
Cheryl and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their two adult children.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, reading and baking.
Cheryl has also had the privilege to train her daughter, Kendra (see profile).
