David Sayre

David is a Western PA/Eastern Ohio native. He graduated from Poland Seminary High School
then attended Northern Kentucky University with focus on business
management. His career in real estate
began in 2006 with Howard Hanna as a licensed sales agent. In 2007 David joined Ed Cline Appraisals as
an appraiser trainee and office assistant.
Over the next seven years David leaned the ins and outs of
multiple aspects of the real estate industry; areas of focus included
management, leasing, maintenance, investments and of course appraisals.
In 2014 David became a certified residential real estate
appraiser in Pennsylvania and Ohio. He
currently resides in Poland, Ohio and is Ed Cline Appraisals Eastern Ohio
residential specialist. He covers
Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.
David is FHA approved with focuses on manufactured housing,
REO’s and rural housing
