Dan Atwell
Prior to becoming an appraiser, Dan was a Mortgage Originator and a client of Ed Cline Appraisals.
Dan started with Ed Cline Appraisal in 1998 and was with us for four years before rejoining us in 2005. Dan has been with for over 17 years. Since 2002, Dan Atwell has been a Certified Residential Appraiser in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
An active FHA roster appraiser, Mr. Atwell’s coverage area includes Lawrence, Mercer and Venango Counties in Western Pennsylvania.
Dan also holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate License and an Ohio Residential Real Estate Appraiser Certificate. He is also a member of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and an affiliate member of the Beaver County Association of Realtors.
Dan is a lifelong resident of Western Pennyslvania, and is married to his great wife of 25 years, and their two amazing sons, Mr. Atwell currently resides in New Castle (Neshannock Township).
In his spare time, Dan loves the great outdoors, enjoying mother nature and all that it has to offer.
