Kendra Ivol
Kendra Hancher has been with Ed Cline Appraisals for seven years and became certified as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2016. She trained under her mother and is a second generation appraiser. Kendra is FHA approved, and services Allegheny County and Southern Butler County.
Prior to joining Ed Cline Appraisals, Kendra earned a Bachelor’s Degree from California University of Pennsylvania in Industrial Psychology and worked in Human Resources at Mylan, Inc. for three years.
Kendra currently resides in Lancaster Township, Butler County with her husband, Brett and German Shepherd, Sage. Kendra enjoys cooking, gardening and traveling.
